CoHo is different from many other theatre companies in that they operate on a unique model called co-production. This means they partner with groups within the Portland theatre community. CoHo provides the venue, budget and marketing. The theatrical group provides the show. CoHo was founded in 1995. In 2001, CoHo opened it's 98-seat CoHo Theater, located in the thriving Nob Hill district.
